Industrial Area 13 is a strategic area for the site since it overlooks the Emirates Road efficiently supplying to all of the Emirates. GREPCO has 8 warehouses in Al Sharjah built over in the owned area. Four warehouses with an area of 3,400 sq ft each and other four warehouses that are 4,500 sq ft. All have been successfully rented.
